I am a landlord and was quoted by another plumber to replace a hot water unit due internal corrosion. I contacted Hot Water Maintenance who advised me that the Hot Water Unit was not corroding and have another 2yrs . I just replaced the valve and shower head which was rusted. Saved me thousands. My RE agent will change to use Hot Water Maintenance.
